We are a community driven box, aimed at providing the best CrossFit experience we can offer in Caboolture Morayfield area. Whether a first timer or regular athlete we aim to make your experience enjoyable yet challenging.
Our goal is to help you become the best version of you!
Our team of Coaches will be there to take you step by step through each class and offer a broad range of CrossFit experience.
At Duality our members are not just a number, they're the
heart and soul of this Box, and will be right there in the trenches next to you encouraging you throughout each and every Wod.

We are proud to partner with Blue Fox Health. Check out their NDIS to CrossFit program which runs out of our box. Blue Fox Health also offers dietetics, and disability support work.
Targeted Exercise and Sport Science Testing (O2TESST) conducts VO2 Max Testing using state of the art equipment. They can attend our box for personal consultations.
